Any merchandise returned to LLT must have a MRA (Material Return Authorization) number issued via a LLT representative. Please contact our customer service department for a MRA number. Display the MRA number on your shipping label. Material must be returned in original packaging and in saleable condition, as determined by LLT within 25 days from the original invoice date.
Restocking charge: 15% restocking charge, minimum of $15.00.
Equipment: 20% restocking charge on all UNUSED equipment in the original packaging in saleable condition as determined by LLT. LLT cannot accept equipment after 25 days of invoice date, used printers or equipment in other than original packaging. (A "used printer" is one which labels and/or ribbon has been run through.)
Thermal Printheads: NOT RETURNABLE TO LLT. Purchaser must contact the manufacturer directly.
Software: Not returnable to LLT.
