LLT Bar Code & Label fully guarantees your satisfaction. Your purchase price will be refunded or stock replaces if you’re not completely satisfied with the quality of any product purchased from LLT. LLT is not under any circumstances whatsoever, liable to buyer or any other party for lost profits, diminution of goodwill or any other special consequential damages with respect to any claim. In addition, LLT’s liability for warranty claims shall not, in any event, exceed the invoice price of the product claimed defective, nor be liable for delays in replacement or repair of products.

All information, recommendations and descriptive materials about LLT’s products are based upon research and believed to be reliable, but do not constitute a warranty. All materials are sold with the understanding that the purchaser has the independently determined the suitability of such materials for its purpose prior to purchase.

LLT Pricing & Stock:

Prices may change due to market conditions. LLT Labels will verify pricing on the completion of every order and notify the customer if there are any changes. LLT does not guarentee stock on our website. We will confirm stock and send an additional order acknowledgement with actual ship dates for every order.

Return Procedures:

Any merchandise returned to LLT must have an MRA (Material Return Authorization) number issued. Please contact our Customer Service department for number. Display the MRA number on your shipping label. Material must be returned in original packaging and saleable condition, as determined by LLT within 25 days of invoice date.

Restocking Charge:

15% restocking charge, minimum of $15.
Equipment: 20% restocking charge on all UNUSED equipment in the original packaging in saleable condition as determined by LLT.
LLT cannot accept equipment after 25 days of invoice date, used equipment or equipment in other than original packaging. (A “used printer” is one in which labels and ribbons have been run through.)

Printheads:

Not returnable to LLT. Purchaser must contact the manufacturer directly.

Software:

Not returnable to LLT.

Custom Orders:

Overruns/Underruns: All custom products are subject to overruns or underruns of +/- 10% of the original order quantity. LLT will bill for the actual quantity delivered within this tolerance.

Cancellation(s):

Cancellation of order(s) for products will be subject to and conditional upon payment of a cancellation charge as established by LLT at the time cancellation is received. This charge may be an amount up to the full price of the order cancelled.

Artwork/Proofing Charges:

All custom products require a buyer authorized proof, to be delivered at the buyer’s expense. Artwork charges will be established at the acceptance of each order by LLT. Customer requested alterations will be charged to the customer.

Electronic Manuscript/Image:

It is the customer’s responsibility to maintain a copy of the original file. LLT is not responsible for accidental damage to media supplied, nor for the accuracy of furnished input or final output. Any additional translating, editing, or programming needed to utilize customer files will be charged.

Preparatory Materials:

Artwork, type, plates, negatives, positives, tapes, dies, disks, and all items supplied by LLT will remain as exclusive property of LLT. Prices subject to change without notice. Trademarks found on the web are registered trademarks of their respective companies.
